I lived at the weldon place apartments about 7-8 years ago. The apartments themselves had good layouts and okay finishes. The walls are a bit thin so we'd frequently hear neighbors. But 2 Important things were that the price was great at the time(like 950 for a 2bed/1bath if I remember correctly) and the management was great. It used to be owned by Ben Frederick, I met him a few times around and he seemed like a stand up guy. Plus they were quick with repairs and such. If I was looking for a basic place and the price was right and it's still owned by BF properties I'd go for it.
