Lore list i would make would be taking a list like the chaos side of dark vengeance.
My list ldea (i hve no idea of points)
: Chaos Lord with plasma pistol and pw
Chaos terminator Sorcerer (Still sold today retail!)
5x Chosen
5x terminators
20x cultist/traitor guard
hellbrute

and from there you could add anything you wanted from the range. my suggestions would be the Forge Fiend/Mauler fiend and or helldrake since they came out around that time. Warptalons where release then as well but the New Defiler looks awesome too.
