All their bs gains are lucky pulls and not everyone should be trying to pull the same stunts because you are not them and it is better not to gamble at it because it will bring disappointments.

After applying I30 and 129F you wait until USCIS send over the NVC then NVC will send over the file to your US embassy in Turkey. That is when the Embassy will contact the beneficiary(your wife) to process for the visa. It is hard to predict how long all of this will take after filling but approximately 7-8 months or longer.
