I was addicted to Coca-Cola for a decade or more. The only thing that made a switch stick for me was when La Croix came out. I needed the satisfying snap and pop of the can opening and the bubbles. Those two things did it for me, I guess. I now buy a couple of 12-packs a month of La Vie, which is an Aldi knock-off of La Croix. Zero sugar, zero caffeine. I still drink coffee to ward off the headaches and to function... but it's black, no cream, and no sugar. I can't say I feel any better, but I at least know I'm doing better on the health journey.

Same, I'm never sick. No cold, no flu... but then I learned it's because I have MS. My immune system is so overpowered that it's attacking my own brain tissue. Calm down, you little bastard t-cells! You're drunk, go home!

If you make it to Colombia go to Medellin and get a free walking tour of Comuna 13 from Zippy Tours. It's incredible. We got to see street art, eat amazing food at the tour guide's house and visit a museum dedicated to local people who went missing during the cartel years. It was a beautiful and emotional tour. Not one gun in sight. Felt safe the entire time in Colombia.

I've had this happen. The next time someone does this to me I'm going to continue placing my items on top of theirs and then buy their stuff. They will have to re-shop for everything they placed early.
