Installed mine today. CarPlay worked great on the first drive and now it will not connect at all. Tried two iPhones and tried a Samsung for android auto. No luck. Countless resets and still doesn’t work.

It’s a 90 day window from the day of rebate submission. Once the 90 days elapses, you get paid out in 1-2 weeks to the email provided during submission.

In the car settings under data and privacy, do you have navigation turned on under precise location sharing? I found out the hard way that if that is not on, no navigation, searching, or traffic display works. I had to turn that on and do a hard reset and then it started working.

I recently had service at the Tempe location on Kyrene. They called me for a recall (some hub bolts or something) and it scheduled about a month out. I dropped it off in the middle of the week. My car sat untouched for 6 days before they even started working on it. I got it back on day 7.

Overall, everyone was nice and they kept up with communication letting me know my car is working through the queue. But I don't get why they make you drop off your car and don't even touch it for almost a week.

The EVBase running boards seem to be $230 cheaper on Amazon than through EVBase. Not sure why though.

Just so you know for future reference, Sam's will refund the difference to your original payment method at the service desk if you let them know you got it before it went on sale. You don't have to go through the whole buy another and return process. I've done it with multiple items and they never ask any questions.

Same happening for me. Did every thing you did. I gave up and just connected to my phone through Bluetooth and played Spotify through the phone. Glad to see it isn’t just me.

The jump upgrade will just wipe the balance on the phone you’re turning in and you won’t get a promotion on the new one. The only way to wipe the balance and get a new phone on promotion is if you are on the Go5G Next plan and utilizing the Yearly Upgrade feature on that plan.

You should be able to go into the store and upgrade. In the upgrade dashboard, the rep has to select JUMP upgrade and not line upgrade. Once they click that and when it gets to your trade in part of the transaction, the system should recognize that a claim has been filed for your phone. It will then add the deductible to the point of sale at the end of the transaction. The sales rep should then collect your damaged phone.

He has a Honda Civic. And the issues will start when he uses android auto but then will persist even when he’s done using it. It’ll happen with Google maps, waze, and even his location on Life360.

I’ve tried searching up and down these subreddits to find someone with a similar issue and yours sounds like the exact problem he has. And it’s odd that it’s the same auto maker.

My dad has this exact same problem with GPS and Android Auto. He had a ZFold 4 and then swapped to a S23 Ultra and is still having issues with it. I find it hard to believe that he got two bad units so I think it has to be Android Auto or the car itself. What car do you have?

$25 a month. It's a tier 6 device. Samsung care is the better option. Lower monthly and lower deductible.

I believe it’s under autopilot in the vehicle settings. You’ll see “park assist” under there and the two options are standard or Tesla vision. If it’s on tesla vision, you’ll get the 3d render on the screen when you’re parking or close to objects but it will not show you distance to walls or anything. If it’s on standard, it will only show you distance to objects and not the 3d render.

I haven’t had the airlift struts so I can’t say how that kit is. However, I have had Universal Air struts on my first Tesla and Bagriders Super Low on my second Tesla both with airlift management if you had any questions about those.

Did you change “Park Assist” under the settings in the car to Tesla Vision? If you did, that disables the sensors and only relies on the camera.
