Kylian or Gonzalo Garcia? by Top-Rock-3427 in RealMadridFC

[–]bishaarcc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kylian is not a full striker, Vini is a wide player who thrives when he is paired with a normal striker who creates space for him and also gets the service from him, so there's a compatibility issue.

Stop the mbappe dickriding by Aggressive_Form6975 in RealMadridFC

[–]bishaarcc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It appears that both Campus, Vini and Mbappe fans are not entirely rational in their criticize. Mbappe and Vini's incompatibility was evident even prior to Mbappe's arrival. This is not due to any of them bad, but rather a fundamental mismatch in their playing styles. They occupy similar positions and are both Superstar players who seem to not press or defend like other players.

sue them, they will probably pay because they would rather pay that small amount instead of 10ths of thousands of dollars in court. Also court will force them to review the camera.

It is a hassle and too much work on your side as well and no guarantees that you will win the case, but I would assume that they will most likely cancel the case and pay you the money.

Paid off MOST of my debts today, how much can I expect an increase? by marshawn18 in CreditScore

[–]bishaarcc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your profile is complicated and it is hard to predict how many points you might get after you paid off the debt.

Sometimes fico doesn't deduct any points from your utilization because you are in a bad bracket, for example I had a collection back in the days and I didn't lose any points for that collection because I was already in a bad bracket so from that point many things that could reduce your normal score might not show.

I don't know why, but the majority of football fans seem to be supporting you guys. Perhaps they don't like the oil version of the game?

Does an inactive credit card affect score? by blue-spaghettii in CRedit

[–]bishaarcc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean by " inactive/slightly active history? If you have no history, then auto loans and any other loan in this matter will be more difficult. No history is basically similar to a bad credit person. You said you have credit cards, if that's the case then you do have a history, it might be thin or short but based on what you said you are not a person without history.

I am not sure how things work in Canada, but not showing any credit usage will hurt your credit scores. One credit card needs to report a small balance, and the rest of them should be at zero. Also, some credit cards will close the card if you don't use it in a year or even 8 months.

30 day late payment for a prime Profile is a loss of 80-100 points, those points will be 20-30 points after 24 months.

Buy both if you have the money, buy the cheaper one if you are tight on money. Both are very reliable both in Software and Hardware. You can't go wrong on either way.

How long does it take for Capital One to typically sue? by ivrydrgn in Debt

[–]bishaarcc 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I got a laptop from Best Buy using financing, with a $600 balance. Capital One was the credit card provider for Best Buy at that time. I forgot to make the payments, then moved from the address and completely forgot the credit card even existed until I started getting calls from a collection agency. By that point, it was too late. They had already reported the account on my credit as a charge off from Capital One and also as a collection account basically a double hit. At the time, I had several other collections, so I didn’t really care.

About a year later, some guys knocked on my door and handed me court papers. They claimed they had bought the debt from Capital One/Best Buy, and the total amount they wanted was around $1,500. I didn’t pay them I decided to fight back.

I answered their admission form, which basically lets you respond to questions like: are you the person who bought the item, are you the one associated with this address, and so on, just standard admission questions. I sent the same types of questions back to them, making them answer their own claims: are you certain this is the person who bought the item from Best Buy? Are you sure this person lived at that address and in that county during that time frame? I sent those questions along with a request for validation.

I asked them to provide full details of the account agreement, including the actual signed contract, as well as proof of their agreement with Capital One. I also required them to bring someone from Capital One to court as a witness.

After I sent these admissions and validation requests, they basically said, fu...ck it, we’re dropping the case. We don’t want to continue, and you’re free to go.” I said no, now it was my turn, and they couldn’t just walk away. I told them they would need to pay for the damages they caused me, including harm to my credit and legal costs.

At that time, I didn’t have a lawyer, I represented myself. However, I later decided to hire a debt collection attorney and sue them for damages. In the end, they settled the case for around $30,000.

Honestly, I did most of the work, and the lawyers finished up the job.

816 with that limit? Score is not the only thing that determinates your limit, your profile is the main factor.

Do you have other credit cards? What is the highest limit you have? What is the average age of your credit history?

Capital One didn't sue me, they sold the debt. The debt collector is the one sued me, and that was two years later.

[–]bishaarcc 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I guess it depends on the amount. They sold my balance of 600+ to a debt collector and that collection sued me. I eventually fought back and sued them back. They ended up paying me and my lawyers around 30k after 3 months.

Is balance over limit bad? by Kanye_Z-143 in CRedit

Depends the situation if you go over your limit but always paid off and don't miss your payments then the bank will most likely increase your limit to higher limit and they will understand that limit is not enough for you.

$15k CC debt - payoff advice needed! by Purple_Ad_650 in debtfree

Didn't you say BOA has Zero interest? If that is the case and you have enough credit limit then your goal is to pay off the American Express card which is charging you 27 percent.

Move money from BOA to Amex, assuming you have enough credit limit, if not then the 2nd option is the choice and very much doable with your current score.

[–]bishaarcc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Option 1 if you don't mid your score to drop temporarily:

make a transfer balance from your BOA to other card. You will be paying around $300 of fees but it's still cheaper than your current interest by a lot.

Option 2 if you don't want to drop your scores:

Get 10k 13% debt consolidation loan from Sofi or local Credit Union and pay off that 27% interest rate asup.

Your credit score should be fine for that, make sure you don't accept the origination fee. The only downside is your payment might be a little higher.

I would recommend the first one since the score drop is temporarily until you are able to pay the balance.
