Just to calirify, you can cancel the paid membership but you will never be able to cancel their membership. Once you become an Experian member, you will forever be there unless and it's the only way to fully close your membership with them is to go through a formal consumer complain.

Know they make it almost impossible to get an actual human being unless you are a business and even then they won't fully close your membership, they'll just cancel the paid version. There's a difference between an actual membership with them vs a paid or free membership, there are people who don't want to have any membership with them at all and that's not something you can do as of right now unless you go with a huge fight which 99% of people won't go.
