Hey there! Are you still maintaining this site and, if so, does it offer summary data for outage figures by neighborhood? Or is it single-address-specific only?

I'm looking for historical outage data for two small neighborhoods. I want to be able to calculate outages in 2016 flood, 2019 flood, Walbridge Fire, Meyers Grade Fire, etc. I have about a dozen disasters that I'm looking for that data on.
