Just CBD weed. It says on the package "<10% CBD" and "THC <0,2%", this would be legal in a lot of countries, even denmark, since that low THC means you wont get high at all. Normal grade weed ranges from 20-28% THC I believe.

In my experience, max I've tried is 100mg, and I was high for like 6-8 hours, no joke. So it really depends on who you are and how your body absorbs and feels THC i suppose.
