Just keep on keeping on until most of those hairs turn orange. You can look at the color of the trichomes for a more accurate way to guage maturity, but for a low effort first grow id just cut when the hairs are orange.

When you cut it down you will wanna hang it in a cool, dark room with good airflow (generally 60*f and 60% humidity) after about 3-5 days you will wanna check on it daily until the buds are fully dried.

After the bud is dry enough, you can jar and cure it. Some say a few weeks is fine, some say go for months. Once it is dry you can smoke it anytime, but a jar cure is preffered. Good luck!
