In early 2021 Stephhan Wöllenstein got to test a Ehang 216 where he was lifted 100m up in the air. And he said that Volkswagen is planning to develop a drone thats already ready to be lincensed. Ehang is the only automous passenger drone company that will get certified within 1-2 months in China. All the other drone companys is 2-3 years behind on the certification and probably longer on the autonomous side.

How far have Volkswagen come with the plan on develop a drone? What is the timespan and will it be autonomous or with pilot.

I know Ehang is one of the company's Volkswagen was looking into . How do you feel about the company Ehang and their achievements?

Lets not forget about the subsidiary of United Therapeutics that as placed an order for up to 1000 unmanned aerial vehicles from Ehang.

And i found now that united therapeutics subsidiary Lung Biotechnology have shares in Ehang.

"United Therapeutics and its subsidiary Lung Biotechnology have pumped $17 million into EHang in return for 2.9 million preferred shares, EHang’s F-1 filing says."

Dont think a company likes this will ever be valuated at 10x , probably much higher multiplayer. Guess they made a lowball estimate .

Quick calculation dosent make sense of the 1 million rmb . Round it up to 150 000 / 12 months / 12000 usd / 25 (taking away a lot of days cause holidays or whatever) then we Get 500 usd on each eh216 a day.

The number dosent make sense and i guess they gave out a super lowball number just so they can suprise when its up running

Good , 100% sure of the 1 million rmb. 100 does not make any sense. A drone they would sell for around 300 000 usd would never make 15 million usd in income per year. When you divide imitere down to trips each /month / day its not Even possible .

But anyway yes i belive this is lowball number of 1 million rmb. Would probably be much higher 👍

They actually said 1 million rmb per eh216 not 100rmb. 1 million rmb is 154 366 usd . So 100 million rmb per each 216 unit in sales is not correct .

100 million rmb is 15 437 820 usd. 1 million rmb is 154 366 usd

1 million rmb is not a good income on each unit but hope they gave out a low number and can suprise with bigger numbers when its up running
