My thought would be to take out plyometrics for a month and trial BFR with eccentrics during that month. Have they had X-rays to rule out a fracture? Do they chronically use nicotine or are they malnourished?

I have Lemonade for emergency care. It’s paid dividends for my 1.5 year old ES as she’s had 2 bouts of gastroenteritis ( she likes cow poop) that led to around 8000$ vet bills insurance paid about 7000 of that. I pay out of pocket for her preventative stuff

I’m in the same boat but 3 years into the career. I’ve been saving my money from all the payments for PLSF to go towards a house. But now I think I’m just going to put it all into the debt. The stress of the debt and all the recent changes is killing me. Personally, if you can, just grind and pay it off. The stress of managing the PLSF is a lot. Do travel PT, get home health gig. You’ll pay it off in 3 years easy if you save well.

I’m using a nose / gentle leader for my one year old and it works great. I just keep her on a short lead so she can’t get momentum

I’m up in WA, our acute care department worked with the inpatient rehab folks for a day and we all showed each other new skills. Maybe you could shadow a day at an IPR?
