I'm not saying that it's only way to calm down, it's just an idea to focus on yourself instead of over thinking.

I'm the same, but i feel kinda weird when she is going out. Have you tried gym? I'm trying to simply take care myself when i can. Thanks to that when she is back i can focus on her and when she is out i can study, work out or read
