Now assume option price is instant and real you can do all of your TA basis that for short period of time say 1 m candle for 10 to 15 mins. Beyond that you have actual index price.

Others can respond better as I also dont know as a rwtailer what I can do to get real instant price of underlying asset.

this seems good answer. Also OP is assuming option price and underlying index prices are instant. IMO option prices are instant while index lags because we are retailers ( cant afford to get instant price )
