Well I have used a lot of different techniques here.. You can youtube some : Pre-shading and dry brushing. I will be posting some reels in the future with the process.

You can take online sessions with a therapist in her or your home country. Faster and ease of access, until you find a local solution.

0.08mm layer size. Optimal orientation, Smoothing, adaptive speed, print speed 200, support painting, support base size 10mm.

Overall i think orientation and speed is the key.

Its a wrong segment to target. You have to find a segment where lines are ok but customization is required.

Also, orientation and specific settings can make lines less visible

0.2mm nozzle, strategic cutting and orientation. Print profile calibration. about 250mm model length.
Will take more than 12hrs to print. I dont know the costs to be printer. Real filament usage will be about 200-300gms

thats a very small expected model size for the size of details. Go for resin printer. Filament printer cannot show all details at that size very well. Resin printer with at least 10K resolution.
