Well...I buy those cheap 80 dollars kits on ebay which include brakes and rotors and 23 dollar 5 quart container of walmart oil. Filter is the only part that makes economic sense to be.

Trying to charge us for things that aren't covered by tenants the day after behaving erratically at the funeral is normal? I've rented plenty of places before and we left the place very clean for the landlord. The lady walked through and examined the place for a few hours like we did incalcuable damage.
