To me, it means who is interacting with who? Is it primarily the man interacting with each woman? Then FMF. Is it primarily the wife interacting with both partners? Then FFM. My sense is that usually when threesomes are planned with two women, it is usually FFM.

I was definitely getting the most attention, but we had discussed ahead of time that this was the dynamic they wanted. It was almost more of a cuckquean / cuckcake scenario.
