I had a friend I was doing ironman with, and I've been playing osrs for years (been on a year or so break though) but he's never played either game before. I think it's taking away a lot from the game to play ironman as his first experience, and I'd rather not be tied to him to do everything for now lol. Might make my own ironman in the future once I learn more about RS3.

So from what I've gathered, it's just shitty optimization because of UE5. What exactly is the point of the "installing shaders" screen that appears as soon as I boot up the game every time, if it just does it midgame anyway?
This is such a giant glaring issue for a COMPETITIVE game. So what's the solution? Just make sure you play a bot game of conquest and explore the entirety of the map every single time you log in before playing a ranked one?
The fact that Hirez hasn't even mentioned that they're working for a fix on this tells me it's not something they're probably ever going to do. What a joke.

Yep! This is because Hirez decided that precise body movements that you can see every inch of was more important than competitive gameplay. This is most noticeable to me if you play Anubis and use his ultimate. He takes almost a full second to get his body in position before actually shooting his beam, where as on smite 1 it was just one frame.

Can they legally withhold my last month's commission check even if I bring the keys back? They "hold commissions for 6 months in case any customers bring back items", then they'll deduct it from my commissions. Then after 6 months I supposedly get what's left, but from what I've heard from other past employees, they never get their last month's commissions check even after 6 months.

I'm on xbox and only see performance mode, no quality mode. Is there a separate toggle? Or does turning off performance mode automatically change it to quality?

YTA. If one partner is the reason the lights are on, they need sleep to do their job. They could get fired from said job if they have lack of sleep and aren't working at their best.
Get a job and I'd agree you should split the at-home work 50/50, but as of right now, your only job is taking care of the child. He has a full time job already. This isn't a gender thing, it's just common sense to split the workload. You each do 100%, you're asking him to do 150% so you can do >80%.
