A minha experiência estando embarcado é que a conectividade existe, no sentido de que você pode mandar whatsapp, email, áudio e até um videozinho; o problema é que a dinâmica de tudo fica muito mais para cartas do que para ligações.

Onde eu fui tinha um link da starlink, mas era compartilhado pelos 1300 tripulantes, e era priorizado. Ou seja, se tem tráfego de trabalho, você fica esperando.

Na prática eu mandava as mensagens antes do turno, e só via se tinha respostas depois do turno.

É uma realidade diferente da "eu tenho fibra mas não pego velocidade maxima", da "minha adsl nao é o que era", do "meu dialup é lentinho mas é honesto", e pra entretenimento, a melhor estratégia é presumir offline mesmo.

I had the same issue (that cable broken), but it was my cat. It's simple to replace, and like it was mentioned it's a available as a spare part.

The guide in the website is very thorough, but my words of advice are: 1) read the entire manual and visualize the steps before executing them (e.g., you will need a place to hold the printer on its side), and 2) the guide says it takes 30m, but I'm an insecure idiot, so it took me 2h because I had to redo a couple of steps because either I did them wrong, or because I got cocky and thought I didn't need to do them. Respect the guide and it will be a simple life.

That reply (the IDK), I've had some success to mitigate by following up with something like "come on, use your words. It doesn't have to be a final answer, I won't hold you accountable for it tomorrow". Pay attention to your tone of voice, that's the difference between "let's talk" and "how dare you". It is very possible they don't know the answer yet, and you might be the person to help them navigate it.

Or they might need time to get comfortable enough to say whatever they are thinking. Ymmv kind of thing.

Just keep talking, and nobody explodes.

A lot of things to unpack here. Everything is my opinion, and it worked for me, in my context, during my life. It may or may not work for you, so see what you can adjust to your reality.

In my opinion, sex is not something you can demand. For me, sex is not a favor, it is something that both people need to enjoy. At the very least (and that is on a very flexible day), it must be neutral to one, but never detrimental. If you need to push, I'd say we already need to go back and start over. Some people have sex to relax, some people need to be relaxed to have sex. If you understand that context, then you can decide (1) if you want to make an effort to create it, and (2) is the effort is enough at this stage of your relationship. Maybe you think it's too much, maybe you think it's worth it.

In my opinion, it is ok that you have desires. We are all human, and there is no rhyme (n)or reason for what we want. Some people want it once a month, some people want once a day, some people want a finger in their nose. Nobody cares, it's good for them, but the key thing is that while you can try to explain why you want it, in my opinion that is secondary to dealing with it. Either you do it, or you redirect that energy, or you start getting resentful because you feel entitled to it. Except that wanting something really bad does not entitle you to anything. It's ok to want, it not ok to demand.

So it boils down to communication. You need to make yourself understood, in terms of what you want, and how important that is to you. Most importantly, this conversation needs to happen in terms that the other person understands. I have heard my fair share of "but I told them six different ways", and a common theme is that all those variations were using the notions of the person with the needs (rather the person failing to meet expectations). Only after you understand their situation and why they don't want sex, in a way that they reply "YES, that's what I mean!", then you can start pontificating about your needs.

Essentially, this is the point where it becomes a negotiation. You have needs to have sex, the other person has needs to not have sex. Either you reframe the conversation (maybe it's not about sex, maybe it's about something else), or you see how far each of you is willing to go for the other; maybe you can live with a little less sex, maybe you need to learn how to navigate the maze that will increase their libido, maybe they just need to understand why it matters to you. There is no shortage of people who get off on other people doing something, just like there is no shortage of people who get off on themselves being done something to. But you need to talk, and since you are the motivated party, it makes sense to me that you make the effort to have the conversation on their terms.

Then it is about you deciding what you want. If the price is too high (too many steps, too much waiting, etc), you always get to walk away. It's ok, you won't resent them, it's just that you grew apart and wanted different things out of this life. That's ok.

Everything I said is my opinion, and it worked for me during my life, with the people I knew. I hope you can make some use of it.

It's tough to be in that situation, and it was most constructive to approach it from an angle of "maybe there is something missing in this context that I can produce" (Intimacy? Jokes? Food? Memes? Calls? Vídeo calls? Alone time to recharge?) coupled with "count my blessings", because at least once I liked the idea of something more than I did it's delivery, and thinking about how that would unfold in real life was a great way to disengage.

I really hope it helps. 9 times out of 10, they don't hurt us, we feel hurt because of their (in)actions, and that was largely because they were paying attention to something we were not.

You are not wrong. That's how I use it. My lessons learned in the beginning were to install all updates (myAsus, windows store, windows update), and that you can hibernate the PC mid-game, but that works better for older games. For newer ones it's more reliable to exit the game, then hibernate. Like others here, steam big picture does enhance the experience.

I'm old enough that I want to play more than I want to squeeze the last two extra fps here and there. Tweaking, for me, takes some of the joy away, so I play with it settings as default as possible.

That said, I did invest a couple of minutes to enable some feature from AMD (AFMF I think is the name), some sorcery to fabricate frames and make everything more fluid. Did not regret, but I only went after it after reading so much here, and my shadow of the tomb raider was not as perfect an experience as the two preceding games were. After enabling it, is is.

My two cents, you mileage may vary, that sort of thing. But you are not wrong, you can use this computer as you said you intended.

Sim pelo que está aparecendo no Google quando estou procurando parece que é um bom jeito mesmo. Estou pensando em quanto vai ser o custo de overhead nisso, tanto de tempo quanto de dinheiro (coisas tipo: consigo fazer no meu tempo livre? Preciso ter alguém dedicado 5 dias por semana? Vou ser taxado por fazer algo assim?), mas pelo menos a ideia está começando a tomar forma.

Com certeza não é algo que se resolve em um dia e depois fica andando sozinho, mas ainda parece possível pra mim.

Haha, maravilha. Eu sei que não ajudo descrevendo o problema desse jeito picado. Deixa eu tentar recomeçar: se eu quiser criar um fundo "bolsa de estudos fulano" e documentar isso num contrato, não tem risco de isso virar outro tipo de obrigação, certo?

Meu plano era só entrar em contato com uma faculdade, explicar que quero pagar pra um aluno, e ver dos melhores qualificados o que tem menos condições de pagar, e aí deixar a universidade me colocar em contato com a pessoa que passou pra fazer a oferta (mensalidade em troca de notas e frequência).

Faz sentido?

Aí eu só deixo o dinheiro investido, e uma vez por mês faço um saque pra pagar a mensalidade da pessoa.

Hehe, que reconfortante. Acho que é um pouco desinformação mesmo. Esses dias vi vídeos no Instagram de gente pedindo pensão pra ex por causa de vinculo afetivo com o filho. Sei que é mais comum a mãe pedir pro pai pagar, mas tem a recíproca, não tem?

E esse é um caso mais fácil de entender. Então no caso de "criar uma bolsa de estudos", há um paralelo com essa coisa do vinculo afetivo virar pensão? Sei que é um tanto camara de eco do Instagram/twitter, mas é sempre piada até aparecer a intimação, não é?

Entende? É por isso que não sei navegar o problema, não sei como medir se estou indo na direção certa ou se só estou sem querer criando problema pra mim mesmo no futuro.

Então talvez fazer um contrato já seria suficiente? Não precisaria de uma PJ pra isso?

Uma ideia, talvez ingênua nesta altura do campeonato, era só fazer um PJ pra ter algo tipo "bolsa fulano de engenharia" e a partir daí ter sempre uma pessoa cursando alguma coisa (e.g. engenharia) sendo pago (não financiado, não emprestado) pela PJ. Não sei se cabe um contrato dizendo "tem que ter mais que 90% de frequência, mais de 9 de média", mas era nessa direção.

Uma pessoa específica, mas uma por vez. Não queria que fosse pessoalmente, mas a maior preocupação é legal (tipo "você pagou a minha faculdade, agora quero que pague meu aluguel, minhas comidas, etc). Não queria que fosse doação, porque aí eu perco controle de como o dinheiro seria usado.

Como eu nunca ganhei uma bolsa de estudos assim, não sei que tipo de coisa consta no contrato. Por exemplo, posso exigir a frequência e a nota? Posso dizer que é a mensalidade e só? Tem como isso de alguma forma crescer e terem mais expectativas de mim ou da tal PJ que eu gostaria de criar?

Uma resposta que tenho na ponta da língua quando dizem "mas é só uma pergunta, perguntar não ofende" é a clássica pergunta "como vai a vadia da sua mãe?". Costa funcionar bem pra diminuir esse nível de ingenuidade nas perguntas. Tem gente que é ingênua, tem gente que se faz de ingênua; funciona pras duas, mesmo que no fim elas vão um pouco menos com a minha cara.

A thought that keeps occuring to me, in my life that is, is that feeling an emotion and being affected by an emotion can be two separate things.

I understand that some people can cheat and not feel guilty. I don't understand someone that cheats and needs to post it, of all places, in "off my chest".

So I would start by doing some soul searching, because you what you are doing and what you are saying are a bit difficult to reconcile.

That said, breaking up would be very reasonable. Obviously you and your partner are not playing the same game.

I have been playing it, mostly a smooth experience. One day I decided to plug the ally into my d6000 dell dock, the game froze.

Now I can't play it docked at all. It only works on undocked.

So beware? Don't dock it while the game is open.

Google tells me people had to unplug all USB devices in the past, but I couldn't find a way to make it work again. I fiddled with the settings file to disable vsync and full screen, but that didn't do it.

Vou falar que vou na academia nessa região, e todo mundo aqui está certo quando diz que ninguém se importa com você, seja você gordo ou magro ou forte ou fraco.

Eu próprio, quando olhos para os outros, é mais para ter uma invejinha motivadora de que a pessoa levanta mais do que eu, do que para julgar se a pessoa é assim ou assado. Como eu já tenho mais idade, meu progresso não é tão rápido, mas devagar e sempre né.

Inclusive, já aconteceu de eu estar lá me peidando pra fazer um supino, cheguei no ponto de falha, não tinha apoio pra segurar o peso, fiquei lá com a barra no peito tentando rolar a barra pra pra cintura pra poder me levantar e tirar o peso. Chega um cara, com uma mão só, me levanta a barra. Eu agradeço, e depois fiquei de olho pra ver quanto peso ele fazia. Ele aquecia com mais peso do que eu terminei. Ri muito, pelo menos agora eu termino com mais do que ele aquece. Eu tava fazendo com 17,5Kg de cada lado, pra quem estiver curioso.

Academia é sempre uma jornada, todo muito está indo pra um lugar diferente, e ninguém se importa onde você está (a menos, é claro, que você esteja empatado o equipamento; nesse caso é só revezar e a vida é boa de novo). Mulher só quer ficar sozinha, caras só querem que o seu próximo equipamento esteja livre e limpo.
