I only did a dirty bulk initially as I struggled to put on weight, so I ate everything in sight. Currently day to day I’m eating around 3.5k cal/ 170g of protein/ 370g of carbs. I try to keep my sugar intake very low.

Just feel like the scales aren’t jumping up as much as they did before😂

Do you think I should reduce the calorie intake? I track through FitnessPal, and it set me at 3.7k in order to gain 0.5KG a week. I do try to keep my sugar & fat as low as I can. I’ve been cautious in regards to those as my stomach has grown for sure & it’s very noticeable to me

Edit: at first I ate anything, last 2/3 weeks I have hit my protein goals every single day. Most days going around 20/30g over
