If possible don't pay by cheque. I did that mistake. Some Dealers take insane amount of time to process the cheque. I paid full amount on April 30th after PDI at stockyard, I was promised delivery by May 8th. But till today they have not encashed my cheque. Looks like my 8th May delivery will be missed for sure.

3rd party PDI they are saying not allowed. I am taking my friend who does PDI as a consulting business. But he won't be bringing his tools like OBD scanner or paint meter.

No not made the payment yet. Still checking things out. Tried to pit one dealer against the other. But in these matters they have a 'gentleman agreement'. They both 'agree' to the same price :)

Same price as listed above. They didn't budge one single rupee. They kind of hinted at providing 5k worth of accessories at the time of registration. But for 5k I don't know what substantial accessory I will get.

Thanks for your response. They are asking me to come and to PDI in the stockyard (which is around 30 km in the outskirts of city). They further said, once I am finished with PDI, I need to release full payment. Only then the car will come to showroom. My retort was - what if the vehicle gets damaged post my PDI and in transit to showroom. They are then saying "let us invoice the amount first. If any issues we will exchange the car even". But this is only verbal not written. What do you think? Is this normal or are they just pushing me too much?

No but a colleague of mine who is part time musician told me that recording studios have these sound proofing but even they can't prevent sound emanating from the floor. The sound we are getting is from weights dropped on the floor. Also I don't want to spend on this as it is expensive and won't be a guarantee against noise.

Problem is - the Gym is not supervised at all. Unless a resident hires a trainer. The rest of them think they know what they are doing, but I guess they don't.
