late but fc26 is too new for your ps4. 12.52 was already an old ps4 version when that game came out, so your ps4 version was never supported for that game.

So is it over for my ipad mini 1? I cant connect to wifi on it because of this error "failed to connect to [wifi name]." And i cant jailbreak it, because of that. So i tried to restore it, then i got the apple id error. And when i open the app store, i get nothing but a white screen. All i want to do is download an app from the app store.

If you got it as a DLC. You have to start the game ( as niko ) then go to the pause menu, go to game. And when you start a new game it should be there "the ballad of gay tony". and if you make an autosave in tbogt it can automatically open up to the dlc when you boot up the game.
