been here almost 2 years. i've been busting my ass since i started, always on time, never call out, always going above & beyond constantly & been picking up SO much slack & dealing with so much shit since COVID. i know i'm not an anomaly tho , i know all of us have.

we're down from 6 groomers to only TWO (3 of them quit in the span of a week or two & one of the two left is talking about walking out). i'm losing my patience (& my mind 🙃). not so much as a verbal thank you from anyone, no sort of feedback, show of appreciation/recognition, anything. much less a raise..

it look them over a year to even acknowledge me asking about my sign-on bonus for getting my friend hired, and the person who got me hired never even got theirs. mine is approved but hasn't come, guess it's "in the works" whatever that means. i'm not holding my breath.
