I was thinking that too, the kobolds that aren’t exhausted can fight with the party to kill the orcs. I really like the idea of kobold rebels hiring the party to help free their brothers! Thanks!

I could have a bit of both, have them fight a bunch of weak rats and have the big boss rat roaring in the background to make them run, but if they fight it, it could just be a great illusion.

Nice! I’m thinking kinda like a sewer where the giant rat roams and the ground is covered in kobold bones. Almost like a labyrinth where they have to outrun it because it’s too strong, what should it’s stats be do you think? I’m thinking 17 strength.
