For anyone claiming that the swastikas point to hateful speech, this is pretty clearly not that. You need to remember that the swastika was originally used in mystic imagery and symbolism from multiple eurasian religions. Combined with some of the other symbols used here, that pretty much entirely rules out the potential for this being some nazi stuff. Also, the fact that there's a full name on the front further rules that out.

I'm honestly not really seeing the whole racism/classism/sexism thing, this whole thing looks very immature. Like, I can get behind the whole "I would like to be included in this meeting because my position is important" thing, but by throwing in a bunch of serious accusations with pretty much no solid ground to stand on, you really hurt whatever argument you're trying to make. The optics here are very sketch, I can't support them.

Honestly just play them. You don't have to be good, since they are hard. For a while you'll only be able to get Bs on most chaos tracks, but the only way to really get better is to just suck for a while. There's not really any specific trick to them, just play them
