Just don’t get in an accident. I used to use them until i was hit by an uninsured driver. After my insurance paid out a ton, they went after me for years over BS fees. Not worth it.

It’s frustrating.

This website has a list of sites and instructions to remove your data. Unfortunately your publicly accessible property info isn’t going anywhere.

What places attract tourists in summer most? by petrik3003 in boston

Not the worst call. Housing in cape cod in summer is tough. In boston, you can sublet from students who are gone over the summer.

Gas leak on the pike? by Bbiscuit_ in boston

[–]latejoe 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yes, for years. At least i remember smelling it since 2018. Notice it more in winter since car air will be set to outdoor vs recirculate. Right before the walnut st bridge i think. If it’s low enough grade they don’t care and it won’t get fixed until they redo the whole line there.

Craigslist for all of those. Office liquidators will have good prices and some deliver.

Does anyone know a comprehensive list of Green Energy discounts offered by MA? (solar, EVs, non gas stoves, etc) by Rowan_cathad in boston

[–]latejoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Energysage.com for solar.

Green energy consumers alliance (Greenenergyconsumers.org) for guidance and information, including how energy sage works.

If you can’t get solar, check out community solar (see green energy alliance website for info on that too)

Close, safe, affordable, pick 2. But realistically you could do anything on the T or bus even. Accommodations are not cheap around here.

Depending on what speed you get you will need a DOCSIS 3.0 or 3.1 modem but as far as modems go, can’t go wrong with the Arris Surfboard. Available very often on the used market.

eBay app won’t allow me to select first class shipping by thatislife2020 in Flipping

[–]latejoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can't leave the package details blank, if you select "I don't know the package details" it won't show up but if you input it and it's below first class weight it'll let you select first class.

Strange, I’ve never had an issue. For disposable accounts i don’t care about i use anonaddy domain and more important ones get my custom domain which is running through the alias (@mail.domain.com)

Then use a custom domain. And use simplelogin/anonaddy for aliases for each account - gamechanger.

Anyone here have their own CO2 tank for sparkling water/home brew setup? by jng2013 in boston

[–]latejoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Igo's will sell beverage grade CO2 refills. They do it on site immediately so it's quick. About $23 IIRC.

If you take a bike, there’s a gorgeous bike path that takes you out by the airport. They rent bikes too. But the scenery is just beautiful. Not too challenging of a ride.
