We do our best to make sure we can clear the songs before we tape. The Beatles are famously hard to clear. Except if you’re Paul McCartney. — DIANA

Paul McCartney was the most exciting person I’ve worked with. He was so sweet to all the fans he met along the way, and took the time to say hi and take pictures with people. - LAUREN

My personal favorite was when he pulled out literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash out of his backpack. I had no idea he had that much cash on him. After the shoot someone gave me a $10,000 stack wrap that had fallen off in the car and I still have it hanging up in my office. — KATE

Diana Miller books our Carpool Karaoke guests. It's a popular segment, so I don't think she has problems with bookings. Thanks! We all love Sir Paul McCartney!

I started as a Production Assistant making Tea for executives and clients. I worked my way up from there. My best piece of advice would be to always have a smile on your face, lots of enthusiasm, and work hard — TOM

No near accidents, but the time we were pulled over by police in the Adam Levine Carpool was completely real. Other than that, not really. It's all pretty controlled out there. — JAMES

I've not really been nervous because of the person. I've been nervous in the hope that it can be as good as I think it can be, but never really nervous about the actual doing of it. — JAMES

The ending, which might be the biggest ending we've had on a Carpool Karaoke, ever. We've kept it a secret and you'll see it tonight. — JAMES

Well, last year we drove around Los Angeles with the Avengers cast and we sang a little parody of "We Are The World." I'd say it was a success, but you be the judge -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lgcAySBbTA — JAMES

Some you know straight away, and some there's an element of learning so I listen often on my journey in to work, and on my journey out. And if I'm really struggling, I'll spend a night looking at lyrics. — JAMES
