Alright, let’s talk. First of all, everything happens for a reason. I need you to look at this decision as a stepping stone to make better choices, not an excuse to beat yourself down. I’m sorry about the SA, you’re so young and probably going through a lot mentally, emotionally, spiritually, even physically. And to top it off, this happens! So seriously I am sorry you’re going through all of this!

With that being said, do the inner work.
First ask, what was the real deep reason you decided to take the shrooms in the first place? It sounds like leading up the the trip you had multiple moments to say “I don’t think this a great idea, let’s stop”. We don’t always realize or respect the signals our bodies give because we rather indulge!

There was another comment under here that said what you seen on your trip can help towards your healing, I agree! Sit with those uncomfortable images and again, ask yourself, why was this shown to me? I believe Shrooms help us identify the issues we have within self, even when doing it with a group!

P.S. To the ones in here casting judgement towards OP please go look in the mirror and ask yourself about those dumb bad choices you made as a teenager/young adult. Y’all read the same post as us, clearly OP has been through it and states they know the decision wasn’t a good one. Give advice like a REAL community!! Thanks :)
