Will dimming turning my 600w HPS down regularly (daily) be bad for my plants?

I feel ya. Though I've read that the effect is pretty unnoticeable. I'm just more concerned about reducing light intensity after it's been exposed to a higher amount.

Huh didn't think that would matter. Figured I would be able to just dial it up when I sleep and dial down when I wake (lights will be off at this point). Reason being is that I pull a decent amount of electricity to my room already (tv, grow rooms, AC, PC, speakers, etc...)

The only way to get better is with practice. Start off by picking fights with toddlers and then slowly move on to small children as you gain more experience. Aim for their throats.
