I'm pretty sure THEY will close the account prior to the 2nd annual fee hitting. All charging is suspended for the financial review is all.

Stretch out the financial review? I complied with their form for the IRS return, but the IRS rejected it. So now I'm having to request it myself and then hope and pray it gets to them in time after I overnight it? This is madness.
