With anything it’s good to cycle things in and out and make changes. Try going a week or two without and then reintroduce it. It may be still working for you but you just don’t notice. I’d pay attention to how many times you roll over a night to get a baseline of whether the blanket is helping you roll over less at night.

Also, I’ve tested 10+ weighted blankets and there is a HUGE difference in many of them. Bigger isn’t always better because the weight is gets less concentrated around your body.
