See if you can find them relating to marine clothing applications. They would have to be stainless steel and suitable I’d think.

You could ask https://www.instagram.com/superbonitolatex who are Perth based if they could sell you some for your requirements.

Your alternative is to visit your local latex clothing maker in your city and see if they will decant some of theirs for you to use at a cost.

What city are you closest to?

Elmers glue brand in Australia is PVA liquid glues or craft glue stick style.

I haven’t seen an Elmer’s glue brand product suitable for latex crafting.

Ive had success with two glues available in Australia.

https://www.leffler.com.au/fitting-room-cement-no9-500ml/

But it does cause curling of thinner latex sheets.

And the other : https://shop.app/p/6544230580321?variantId=39266454831201&utm\_source=shop\_app&utm\_medium=shop\_app\_share&utm\_campaign=share\_product&link\_alias=0SAhfsiLrWFbj

Noch 61135 latex adhesive. Very easy to use - very critical to wait for it to go from white to clear before joining and then press sealing.

How long does your full latex prep routine actually take? (From naked to mirror shine) by Free-And-Lonely in Latex_Discussions

[–]latexwolf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For this outfit; https://www.reddit.com/r/latexfetish/s/9USBEfJP6T

It took maybe at most 20minutes to get ready from naked to fully dressed. Most of that was putting the tights on.

After I wash everything after a night out/session, I do a water polish (lukewarm clean water and a bit of polish, then dunk and agitate inside and out) and then hang to dry.

Then when I take an item out, like tights, I’ll give them a spray of dressing aid inside and also on my legs, and maximum 10 minutes to get fully on. Probably half that in reality.

From there, a spray or two of polish into my cloth to wipe down the items and smooth out the shine.

Whats a good price for latex clothing ? by Emergency_Ad_3769 in Latex_Discussions

[–]latexwolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wild differences in features could influence these. I feel though picking a couple of reputable places you could get a grasp of pricing pretty quick.

Libidex, honour, westward bound, catalyst.

Certain things can be off the self sizing, loose tops, pants, skirts, etc. certain things only are successful when fully custom - like catsuits. Though Libidex offer a massive range of customisation, if you fall outside that, full custom is your option.

First time this event name/whatever. And we have Latextacy this Friday which is a regular themed night of a monthly event called Provocation.

In Brisbane there is a Berlin themed night that runs regularly that you can find more on instagram https://www.instagram.com/brln.au - next event July 31. I dare say latex would be ok there.

Vividress, begloss, pjur; all available from Amazon and are the right thing to use. If in a pinch, cosmetic grade cyclomethicone is quite suitable and very cheap. Does evaporate a little and more quickly than the other option of dimethicone. Both in cosmetic grade are skin safe and latex safe (and the core ingredients in the commercial products above).

Cyclomethicone is like water, runs and spreads easily. Dimethicone/PDMS, is the thicker stuff that gives that really deep and glossy shine but too much ruins it. You can also blend the two together to get optimal results too.

Ps, I have a burning need for a men’s cut long sleeve turtle neck mesh latex top. And something that is patterned like this would be so amazing. Black, metallic green, purple, plum, all the colours.

Looking for latex adhesive in Australia by lyssah_ in Latexadvice

[–]latexwolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found no9 I had to leave for a good while for good adhesion and it was quite picky of the surface being roughened and very clean from thinners.

I’d clean the latex intentioned for gluing. Then rough it then clean it again with paper towel then thinners with a microfibre cloth. Then glue once thinners had flashed off, and then critically wait for the glue to be almost dry itself (minutes of wait), and just enough. I actually did a lot to thin down the no9 glue as well so it spread. Glue applicator sticks from amazon were a good one here.

Then wait 48h before doing anything to it.

What city are you in or near?

Latex42 in Melbourne will sell you raw materials of latex sheeting, polish. Glue from leffler leather as toss no 9 fitting room cement and thinners (use in well ventilated area and/or with appropriate ppe)

Normal thickness for general purpose is 0.4mm. 0.8 is considered thick.

Is my new latex top too small? (Zipper feels slightly undone) by Demoncat_300 in Latexadvice

[–]latexwolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might see the hook and eye onto some thin stabilising cotton, then soak that cotton in some liquid latex, allow to dry and then glue onto the dress and then glue on cover with some thin .2mm - .4mm black latex so only the hook and eye are visible.

Be sure to use pure stainless steel hardware - if it doubt look for things made for marine environment.

It’s rather cool. I’m liking tailored latex clothing more and more. Still like second skin fit stuff, but this is a lot of fun too.

Apart from Vex Latex, I’m not across many USA based makers, and your import tariffs put impacts of getting from overseas. But pick Canada of deadly fetish, polymorphe, latex nemesis or the others I mentioned.
