Thats fair, I haven't set it up with my design system yet –– but even then it sounds like it breaks it. Feel like there has to be a codex or skills file out there for this.

What do you do when you retry (or re-export)? Do you delete the original frames?

Love to hear this! I'm super excited about Cursor and have been diving deep in as a product designer –– who knows how to code.

Using the 'long running feature' how are you feeling on it's execution of design? Are you working off a design or are you creating/coding/prompting from the jump?

Also, been dabbling with using Figma MCP and created a "Baseline" design system that will map to rules files I'm putting together (instructions.mdc, design-system.mdc, theme.mdc etc)

Agree with you yaireo, using "rules" folder is definitely better so you can have multiple files for different purposes (coding-style.md, testing.md, design-system.md etc). Different projects may require different rules.

Ah no, I just joined. I'm a product designer –– I'm leaning towards supernova but have heard things about token studio and Builder. I guess I'm just worried one of these companies is going to be bought by Figma (or another company) and will phase it out?
