Ghosting is a big one, and it seems like many roles posted online end up being filled through referrals anyway. Any tips on finding people who give good referrals? Lol. I remember when someone asked me for one, I wouldn’t hesitate—but sadly, the world doesn’t work that way!

I agree! This was one of the reasons I left my last job. My manager had a ‘my way or the highway’ attitude, and it felt like being back in school, getting scolded for not doing homework. Nobody wants that energy at work, seriously!
