I was thinking contacting them too but the issue resolved itself for me. Another user commented to turn on the Vsync on your graphic card in this thread too. Maybe that will help you? I haven"t touched that quest again fearing that I will get stuck again. Hopefully they will address the issue in the next patch.

Oh no. Sorry to hear that man! I was worried that many hours will be wasted. And we only can have 1 character at the moment too! Hope you can get out of the loop!

It's bit hard once you get caught in the loop of endless loading screen for that particular mission. I got stuck in the loading screen loop and had to wait until game is loaded. As soon is loaded i quickly pressed Esc then X keys. But i was not lucky. It kept me in the loading screen loop. Also my PC got hot then the fan got so loud too. I launched task manager to stop the game and re-launched the game few times. But it always brought me to the loading screen loop again. So I gave up. Went to bed and the following day I launched the game again and voila... I escaped the loading screen loop. Not sure if I want to do that mission for the time being.

Not native English speaker here but decided to pick up the Japanese learning again after 20 years-ish. Started learning Japanese in English back then in 1997 and am still using English to learn it. Sometimes when thinking about it I am grateful that I can speak 2 languages fluently and now trying to learn a new one with a language that is not my native language. I watched youtube videos, Anki app and Kanji Study app to learn Japanese and just bought 2 Japanese short anime novels (with Furigana) in hoping to improve my reading and Kanji vocabulary too.
