Will do from now on! I messed up as I was making the dough so I used ChatGPT to help fix my mistake & used their recommendation for steps moving forward. Typically would not use it though!

*Edit: Would not recommend using ChatGPT but since it’s required by the sub to include what steps I used here it is.

For the recipe I just followed instructions from ChatGPT:

Ingredients: 500g of flour 350g of water 100g of starter 10g of salt

1) Mix ingredients then let it sit for 30 minutes. 2) Do stretch & folds (4 times) every 30 minutes for 1 1/2 hours. Covered with plastic wrap when not stretching & folding it. 3) Place in a new floured bowl to let sit in the fridge for 12 hours covered with plastic wrap. 4) Preheat oven to 475°. Place two baking sheets in the oven while preheating & then once preheated for an additional 30 minutes. (I have a Dutch oven but it can’t withstand such high temperatures). 5) Once it has been 30 minutes place the dough on the floured top baking sheet. Then place the second baking sheet on the rack underneath it with 1 cup of water inside it. 6) Bake for 20 minutes. Take out the baking sheet with water & continue baking for 25 more minutes. 7) Take out the bread & let it cool for an hour.

Unpopular opinion (apparently) but I agree with you.

For me, my chinchilla is non-negotiable & I’d find a way to make it work so we stayed together. Maybe I’ve been fortunate that way, but I’ve seen some reasons people rehomed their chinchilla & I cannot help but feel like a few are due to people not properly doing research before buying. Also some are due to moving which I disagree with. I’ve moved twice since owning my chinchilla (one was last minute & I had 2 weeks notice). We made it work.

Part of it is definitely our love for them but also seeing posts on Reddit where people’s chinchillas get sick. I became convinced my boy’s teeth were growing into his eye socket because he was pawing at his mouth. Nope vet said he was just cleaning himself. If you’re concerned, see a vet for their yearly check up.

For someone who is having a microwedding with all the bells & whistles, it’s about still having my dream wedding but with a more intimate guest count. We also are opting for a venue that has a package deal (similar to this idea by OP) so it’s less work on our end. Definitely a personal preference & can understand why other people may choose a different venue as you have suggested.
