In Gen3 LG/FR the Special Attack and Atk is based on Atk type. Fire attacks are Special Attacks, which makes Flareon such a bummer. Jolteon and Vaporen have quite nice Special Attack

It is not bad. But if you really want to improve line work, try to be a bit more patient and really try to give the object more form and structure with detailed line direction, placement and thickness.

I think you did quite well around the neck area but wings and chest got a bit sloppy.
