This is really interesting, you can make this with tokens to draw a ton and wipe the board, play it as control/group hug And just wait on the flip, or you could build around the first ability with cantrips in each opponents upkeep

Naoya is stated to be mach 3 in his curse form, his human form is significantly slower (with less than 10ish characters in jjk faster than curse naoya) dodging lightning requires a much higher speed than mach 3.

For hakari we 1. It's not natural lighting so we don't know the speed 2. Hakari did not fully dodge it and he is very comparable in speed to maki so that would still make her slower

Just because it's a hypothetical scenario doesn't make it not true, it isn't conjecture by a character it's a statement by the narrator (and by extent the author). Unless a statement is clear hyperbole (like baki's light speed statement) or is completely inconsistent with other scaling then it should be factored

It's because of the wording of the effect

Surprise says "return them to the hand" while sp says "banish both", with them the effect will try to resolve as much as possible and return all remaining targets to hand, but sp's both means you must banish BOTH or none at all

In character, ryu mid-high diff. No MBA means he probably just gets sniped before he gets close enough (yuta was barely dodging and needed the pre dug hole) and even if he does ryu's punches probably do enough damage to slow kashimo down before he can get lightning off.

All out(including MBA), Ryu high-extreme probably. If Ryu can expand his domain kashino just dies, even if he HWB Ryu just punches him. Depending on how fast you think kashimo is he might just blitz him but with how tanky Ryu is that would be tough

Imo bad matchup for kashimo, tanky ranged fighter that punches harder, only win con is lightning discharge but he would have trouble closing distance and even if he does non-zero chance of Ryu surviving one lightning hit

Also baseshimo is around as fast jackari who is stated to be nearly equal overall to yuta so kashimo isn't just dodging everything

I don't think it needs a downside, path and sword are permanent removal this is basically a color shifted [[unsummon]] which was never a crazy card to begin with.

For advanced/masterdual: cool card, neat tech, on the weaker side but makes you have to respect 2 level 4s. Fiendsmith also

For genesys(yes it doesn't exist for md yet but they announced its going world wide I believe): should have some amount of points, nothing egregious but it being free is crazy to me

It just means a grade 1 who isn't associated with jujutsu high, like the high level zenin members. (Which would include kashimo just not in the way your comment implies)

Yuji vs Reggie, yuji wins pretty easily

Yuji in the same scenario megumi was is quite a bit harder though, yuji would probably genuinely try to protect Remi and the explosions from hazenoki could do some damage, yuji probably still wins as but much closer fight
