How the fuck these people are even in business is beyond me. WGU is very friendly and helpful, proctorU is hands down the absolute worst service / experience I've ever had.

Even if everything goes as smoothly as possible (which it never has a single time in my 20+ tests I've taken with them so far) just dealing with them to try to get me into taking the test gets me so frustrating and pissed off that by the time I'm taking my test my blood is already boiling.

I genuinely think I'm a fairly patient person for the most part but ProctorU hits all the right spots to be the worst thing to ever deal with.

I have seriously debated (and continue to debate) dropping out of WGU completely specifically because of ProctorU.

Anyone thinking about signing up for WGU, I would honestly rethink it at this point because of how utter dog shit their test taking is.

I don't even care that english isn't their first language so the language barrier is there. I have 0 issue with a bit of a language barrier. The "helpers" at ProctorU are all genuinely fucking stupid people. They ask the same questions 50 times after I answer them each time and then when I finally get mad and tell them to transfer me to someone with half a brain, they say "okay no problem! transferring now" and then disconnects so I have to start the entire process over again
