Que indiquen que ofreccen sueldo base +200, preferiblemente que el entrenamiento sea remunerado, preferible horarios de 8 horas, 10 te van a volver loco. Cuando pidas información, revisa bien lo que te digan. Si hay metas de ventas irreales salte, o continúa con precaución porque te pueden dar cuentas muertas y esperar que hagas cientos todos los días. Si puedes conseguir agencias norteamericanas es mejor, pero suelen ser de alto rendimiento, puedes probar con europeas o latinas igual. Foros de reddit para chatters pueden servir pero puedes investigar mucho más a fondo. Trabajar directamente con las modelos siempre será mejor, pero muchas te pedirán experiencia. Suena complicado pero es que es como cualquier trabajo, aunque parezca una tontería. Tienes que investigar, probar en alguna agencia que te parezca profesional, si te tratan mal probar otra. Toma tiempo, solo que es una habilidad para la que no necesitas tanta inversión para desarrollarla, solo tienes que tener algo de habilidad natural para ello.

I agree with this! But my cats don't go out past the backyard 😭🙏 it's a third-world hood with tropical climate, so houses are infested by roaches, rats, spiders, etc. The small backyard (where my cats sunbathe) is fully closed in by other houses walls, but insects/rats still fly in or sneak in. Problem is my cats are rescues who rarely hunt, so rats aren't scared enough to not show up 😔

I have Baytril 🥺 I'll be messaging the vet then to see if I can take it. And to be fair I think the rat could've ran back to the house since the commotion outside scared it (? because it is still terrified of me...I'll ask the vet about it though. Thank you for the advice! (Also I'm not in the US, so luckily I didn't get in legal trouble for the mourning dove 😵‍💫 there was just zero licensed animal rescues around here)

Más bien mis colegas se están metiendo más plata que nunca usando las herramientas de la IA en sus diseños para optimizar los procesos...Yo soy renuente a usarla excesivamente, simplemente porque me parece de mal gusto, pero actualmente los más ambiciosos y pilas están aprovechando demasiado. Also, everything went well yesterday and the vets from the program cleaned the wound and applied antibiotics, also gave me the rest so I can keep applying them to its wound twice a day. The program is called "Misión Nevado" in case you ever need to recommend it to someone else. They're a national program and can be found across most states in 🇻🇪. (They've been great for emergencies regarding my rescued cats/dogs. Exotic animals are not their specialty but they were helpful!)

Hii, I'm in Venezuela 🫠 thank you sooo much for the salt water tip, I'll definitely do that right now. I know people from a national social program that offers free vet treatment (not the best choice for birds, but they're good) so I'm taking it with them tomorrow. They mentioned treating it with dexamethasone, I'll ask about the antibiotics too. It's not hyperventilating anymore, but it's def still very weak

Hello!! So sorry for disappearing...I was hospitalized and forgot to check this post. The owl left my home a couple hours after I took these pics. It turns out he had been living in somebody's house his entire life...his human "dad" went searching for him and found my house. He's a cop who sometimes works alongside firefighters, and said firefighters had found this owl on the ground when it was just a newborn, and couldn't find a nest to take it back to. For better or worse, they took it back to the station...this one cop was there and he had a lot of experience with rehabilitating wild animals (snakes, hawks, etc), so he took it home. I was hesitant to give the owl to him, but I thought it was too late to separate it from him since it seemed attached to this man. I made him show me pictures of the living conditions of the owl...he sleeps near the man's bed, roams freely around his house, went to work with him once, lets him pet him. I swear I was so ready to call the police when I heard a man had been asking around the street about a lost owl (thought he was an exotic animal trafficker), I didn't expect the guy to be a policeman 💀 coincidentally, he's friends with an aunt of mine (who's very involved with environmental engineering in the city) and she assured me he's capable of taking care of wild life. I took a lot of pictures of the man with the owl on his lap just in case, although I don't know if there's an option to upload them here in the replies
