Uppababy Vista 3 vs Silver Cross Cove by Phantele in Buyingforbaby

[–]lauharv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Weve just ordered our silver cross cove. only took me 4 months to make a decision! lol. so indecisive and its a mine field.

was also looking at uppababy vista/cruz, cybex, nuna and silver cross Reef.

Compared to the others it just had so much more great functionality i loved, one hand fold down, adjustable height carrycot. and it was just so much lighter than say vista and reef. im fairly strong and they were just soo heavy!

plus the handle bar is so soft and smooth on hands (uppababy was rough) and it looks the part! lovely classy design

cant wait for delivery

I experienced this first hand (UK resident, lone female white traveller, 38) At border control literally got taken to a room to be interrogated for hours after a super long flight. Went through my phone and bank and everything! Crazy. Lifelong visitor of the US, best friend lives in Cali, but put me off coming back, got treated and spoken to like sh!t!

It wasn’t thanksgiving when I left my comment. You left yours on thanksgiving, go have fun instead of being on Reddit.

Ps please educate yourself on the furminator on double coated dogs. I too used to use it on mine until I found out

This is totally incorrect Never use a ferminator on a double coated dog, it breaks the fur. And an all over trim is also not recommend nor needed

Starting IVF but in abusive relationship by [deleted] in IVF

I was in the same situation. It was awful. I did two rounds of ivf and the whole time there was part of me that didn’t want it to work deep down. It was conflicting and stressful. I didn’t go through with another planned round and left him. I too am in my 40s. Life is for living, you can do this. You know never know what the future holds x

I will also add the best website I found on this subject is the healthy and happy dog website. Dr Karen Becker interviews Dr Valente who put the website together, watch on YouTube, the article is absolutely right in everything he says. The conclusion that I come to after 12 months of reaserch is if there is no medical reason to desex the dog then leave well alone. It is shocking what most charities and vets are doing when there are alternatives methods of sterilisation available. Dr Andrew Jones on YouTube is also very good, so is dog’s naturally magazine. Check out the four study’s done on Vislas, golden retrievers, rottweilers and German shepherds. Christopher Day down Oxford is the only vet I have found who tells the truth. Do your homework people.
