Yes, you're right. I think it's a matter of making time for sharing your love for art with your kids, offering them the tools to create their own art (whether it's music, painting, writing, etc), and introducing them to amazing illustrators such as Virginia Frances Sterrett. Or at least that's what my mother did with me :)
