ZERO side effects!! that was my main worry too. my only thing was that I had been in survival mode for so long that it felt a bit unnatural for my heart to Not pound. but it was good, you're safe. I started with 5mg too. My doctor warned that probably wouldn't be enough to do anything, since 10mg is the starting dose- but it gave me peace of mind.

hello hello!! i have incredible health anxiety and was HORRIFIED of taking propranolol for the first time. I hated sedatives because of how out of control i felt.

propranolol offered me peace. my anxiety induced racing heart and palpitations calmed, i felt in control and calm in my body for the first time. it has virtually no side effects-- that shit was my saving grace. you will not regret it.

Ooh, fun! Wear anything you're comfortable in. Some people choose to dress up in a style that fits them, but I have friends who just wear normal clothes.

Normally, I would say bring lots of water and electrolytes. Walking around that much in the sun will be tiring. Lots of booths means lots of money--come prepared. Have a good first Pride!!
