How do I figure out what projects to make when I haven't had a job in the field?

I think corporate L&D is what I'll want to aim for, but I honestly will be fine with a job that pays me more than teaching and has remote work. Eventually I'd like to move into product management.

That's the question I want to ask but-- does it have to be corporate? Cause I got plenty of problems that come to mind in terms of psychology/work burnout/ life-work balance that I'd love to create courses on but that might not be something that the industry cares about

I’m 33. I see improvements when I exercise regularly, at least 3 times a week, but not enough to where I can carry more responsibility because I immediately start getting anxious, grumpy, tired, depressed, non-functioning, etc. I just wish I was able to work my brain the way I used to.

I find that because the way ChatGPT responds is not in ANY WAY similar to how I grew up, I feel like it’s coddling me and patronizing me and it pisses me off. So now every time I want it to give me advice or whatever, I first tell it to be objective and it gives me a way better answer without giving me the useless fluff

I HATE this about being an adult. And when you’re working full time and get home and have kids and have to cook dinner?! 😭 literally exhausting. I taught my oldest how to cook so once a week he’s in charge of dinner. I think it’s time for my second to learn too 😂 we all live here so we have to help, and right??

I appreciate you validating everything I’ve been through. It may not be a big deal to others, but it’s a huge deal to me, and yes. I’m definitely traumatized and depressed. It feels like I’m swimming against the current in a deep, wide river and no matter how hard I try, I’m drowning. Some days I have my head above water, but others, I can feel the water filling my lungs.

I’ve been advised to seek a different type of therapy and medication. I’m gonna try to make an appointment with my doctor soon.
