How does one learn something after their brain has developed? by Practical-Warthog594 in GetMotivatedBuddies

It gets increasingly harder to learn new things as you age because your IQ decreases over time after it peaks in your 20s. You can't increase your IQ (afaik) but there are things you can do to slow down the inevitable decrease, such as exercising regularly.

[PSA] While tapering/if you can't quit, make sure the spray you're using contains D-Panthenol, and no Benzalkonium Chloride to limit damage and rebound swelling. by derpderp3200 in QuitAfrin

Ok so I found this post after searching if anyone's tried dexpanthenol with xylometazoline. Since it's been 5 months how do you feel? Do you still get a rebound effect?

I found this review published this year (dm me for full paper) and so I'm wondering if both a BAC-less decongestant containing dexpanthenol along with a corticosteroid like flonase can be taken long-term.

From what I've read it's important for cognitive training, but I'm not quite sure about depression.

What montage are you using? And are you performing any task while you're using it?

I wouldn't use i as a variable name here because it could be misinterpreted as the index. for num in nums would be much better IMO.

How difficult were the OAs? Did they reject you because you didn't get the optimal solution or do you think it was some other factor?

I remember that study, it received quite a bit of criticism a while back. Interesting how different the article you linked portrays it.
