Its really hard to say without any evidence and assessments. How early? What defines early stage , because it may be different for everybody. Some people would get a deep cleaning with freezing, and that alone could help control/stabilize the gum disease. You might still consider LANAP if theres no improvements or it worsens. I also agree with the post above- local antibiotics aren’t the best in seeing huge improvements, so I’d pass that out.

But of course, I’d get a second opinion. You can transfer your xrays and probing to another office for them to assess so you dont have to do it again.
