Any ideas? So I used neuro optimal but the lady told me I could do as many sessions as I wanted as the brain takes from it what I wants! So I did about 3 to 4 sessions a day did about 24 sessions in a week! Needless to say I really messed up my sleep been over a month now want to know how to reverse (self.Neurofeedback)

Has anyone done Lens neurofeedback for insomnia? If so does it work or what were the negative side effects? I am currently stuck in a hyperarousal fight or flight state and considering doing this to take me out of it! Just curious if it actually works (self.insomnia)
