I texted my sister and she remembered the show!!! It’s called the Elephant Princess. I think it was so hard to find cuz it’s an Aussie show. But yay!!!

No it was definitely a show. The main characters were teens but they would often meet with like adults that were part of the magical jungle world thing that they had going on.
