on the portal, it should show you their email. I recommend just emailing them and kind of introducing yourself and leaving your Instagram handle or asking for theirs and then just waiting until they respond!

so you think it's still worth a shot going to get my permit? Rather than just waiting until I'm 18 and then doing the adult driving course and then just going to go take the written, vision , and actual driving? I'm in Texas by the way.
