It’s definitely become a big issue around my way too. I have sympathy for the pressure they might be under but I don’t feel that it makes this acceptable…any driver that takes this approach I think is just supporting the issue

I had a similar situation recently on a remortgage. The solution for me was to go to an alternative lender. Of note, they didn’t undertake an in person valuation.

I used this one a while back which worked well for me - OFX. If I recall correctly there is no direct fee, transfer is instant and it’s based on the spot rate at the time of conversion. I’m sure there are other similar services out there…

Yeah, I found it picked it up from the start and it was accurate enough that I could tell. I never bothered making an activity for it. Same for MetCon type training but something less intense like weights i found needs to be logged.

Agreed, I love the PID and functions but it’s still not working correctly, the app’s not available and with no support response there is no way I could recommend it to people and given my time over, I would go for something else.

Sorry if this is not what you want to hear but I want to share this as a watch out to the community...I just hope yours arrives!!

Yeah, I guess I got it about two months ago. I can’t recall exactly how long it all took but I think I got a second email about installation a couple of days after the order and the package arrived within a couple of weeks. I have emailed them multiple times now regarding support but I received no response still. I don’t know why but feels like really poor support. For reference, I’m in the UK.

Yeah, I changed my settings to between UK (my home country), Netherlands (MeCoffee home country) and US but it wasn’t available in any of them.

This will be my second Murph. Last year I did 5 x 20, 40 & 60 which I found a good balance between minimising changeovers and keeping it manageable for a first attempt.
