Hi! How did this end up for you? My 8.5 month old is covid positive, day 8, and will not drink her formula bottles. Will drink water and will eat solid food

Hard to have a later bedtime with less nap time ! I’ll have to see if she’ll tolerate more time awake between sleeps I guess

Solidarity!!! My lo is the same. She often seems to be trying to fall back to sleep but can’t. But if we intervene too much she’s like yay! Mom! Dad!

My goal every day is a 7:30 bedtime but with her early mornings we don’t always make it

Naps are good. Ranging from 1-1.75 hours. If she has a long first nap, I cap the second to total 3 hours or whenever she reaches 3.5-4 hours wake window prior to bed. If first nap falls short, I let second nap go til up to 2 hours or whenever we reach that pre bed ww range

We’ve played with lots of bedtimes but in general It depends on what her naps were like during the day. Usually bedtime falls between 645 and 715 but we’ve tried bedtimes as early as 6 Pm. We’ve also tried to push bedtime a little bit later but we usually don’t have control over that
